Schedule Overview

An exciting program has been planned for the 2009 Annual Gathering during which we will reflect on the theme of Creating Space for Spirit.

The schedule has been shortened as we did in 2008 to a 3-day format, with opportunities to extend the Gathering time with pre- and post-gathering activities.

PLEASE MARK YOUR CALENDARS - this 2009 GATHERING WILL BE THURSDAY THROUGH SATURDAY, OCTOBER 8-10, 2009. 

Optional Pre-Gathering activities begin Wednesday evening, October 7th.  Optional Post-Gathering activities extend the gathering time Saturday afternoon and all-day Sunday.

All members are invited and encouraged to attend the Annual Meeting to be involved, stay informed, provide input into the business of the organization and to vote in the election to fill Board of Director vacancies. 

As we move through 2009, more detailed descriptions of all activities will be added on these Gathering pages.  A daily schedule has been posted and descriptions of pre- and post-Gathering activities.  A full workshop schedule will be posted on or about April 30th when final selections have been made.
