Registration Forms and Information

Registering for the 2009 TLS Annual Gathering will be a breeze!

REGISTRATION IS NOT YET OPEN - WE EXPECT REGISTRATION TO OPEN IN ABOUT APRIL 2009

REGISTER ONLINE
You will be able to choose from one of the registration forms offered below, complete the form and we’ll take care of the rest. We accept payment by Visa, MasterCard, check or money order.  

If you are paying by check or money order, you will be able to complete the entire online registration form and indicate your preferred payment type. There will be instructions in the form where to postal mail your payment. These instructions will also be repeated via confirmation email once your form is submitted.

A separate form must be completed for each person registering. Feel confident in knowing the online registration process takes place in a secure environment to maintain the confidentiality of your personal information.

Cost.  Registration cost will vary with membership category and lodging room type.
The different membership categories are:

Sustaining/Lifetime/Household/Organizational Members
Individual Member
Non-Member
Day/Commuter - no lodging

TLS SCHOLARSHIPS
A limited number of Annual Gathering scholarships are available to TLS members. A separate scholarship application form is only available on request. Scholarship recipients are required to register via postal mail. If you are interested in this option, please contact TLS Information.

The deadline for submitting a scholarship application is July 1, 2009.
