Airport Options and Ground Transportation

Indianapolis International Airport (Airport Code IND) is 40 miles from the Waycross Conference Center; about an hour long drive. This appears to be the most convenient location for arrival and departure. If you are driving or flying in/out from an airport farther south (Evansville, Louisville, St. Louis, etc), New Harmony is home to some world-renowned labyrinths including a rare hedge maze and exact replica of the Chartres labyrinth in polished granite. New Harmony is three hours south of Waycross Conference Center.

Taxi Ride Sharing Information from Indianapolis

Our local Gathering Team has a volunteer ready to coordinate shared taxi service with Yellow Cab. The service is available for both arrivals and departures. Please fill out your flight information using the link below if you would like to share a taxi.

Each trip between Waycross and the IND airport is estimated at $85.00 plus gratuity, and will be divided by the number of passengers. Your rate excluding tip could be as low as $25, or as much as $85. Every effort will be made to fill cab runs so that the fare is spread out among multiple travelers.

Please share your flight information no later than October 8th to allow for necessary arrangements to be made.  Dhyana Raynor will be in touch with everyone who has requested this shared taxi service no later than Sunday, October 11th.  At that time you will receive all of the information you need, including contact numbers.
