Preparations for Annual Gathering, October 8-10, are progressing, with 121 registered thus far.  Following is some timely information for your consideration.

The deadline when we must release non-booked rooms back to Edgefield is Saturday, 8 August.  After that date, there can be no assurance of on-site accommodation. 

Two cancellations and some recent roommate shuffling leaves at the moment:

• One king

• Three single queens

• Two double queens

• One twin

• Six women’s hostel spaces

• Twelve men’s hostel spaces

Again, we can guarantee neither availability nor price after 8 August.

If you are a presenter who has not registered, please do so as soon as possible.

An ample supply of two-queen and single-king rooms is still available at the Best Western.  Their number is 866-312-0073.  Identify yourself as part of the TLS Gathering to secure our block rate.  If reserving your accommodation at Best Western, please select “Off-Site” on your Gathering registration. That will provide five meals with the group; Thursday dinner through Saturday breakfast.

Both of the post-Gathering bus tours are heavily subscribed with only a few seats left.
