TLS is looking for volunteers who have casualty insurance experience or expertise to advise the Board and Executive Director regarding our liability coverages. We have two policies: General Liability and Officer’s and Director’s Liability. The volunteers would constitute an Insurance Committee charged with review of both contracts, including premiums, and providing guidance regarding adequacy of coverage and price. If willing and interested, please email David Gallagher for additional information and detailing availability.

Have you registered for the 12th Annual Labyrinth Society Gathering in New Harmony IN, Nov 12-14, 2010? If not, Early Bird Registration for the Gathering is open and available online until July 31, 2010. Sign up now and create a “labyrinthine” pilgrimage to New Harmony and experience what “New Harmonies in the Labyrinth” might be available to you and your traveling group in the process! New Harmony is a unique “labyrinth town” with two permanent labyrinths of its own. As a historic town, New Harmony also features museums, art galleries, and lots of open parks and landscaped paths for walking and strolling. Carriage rides and golf carts may also be rented for a fun and less strenuous way of getting around town.
Featured presentations and workshop descriptions are now available online, with information and dates of the pre-gathering and post-gathering activities. A wide variety of accommodations, from housekeeping cabins at the local state park, to luxury hotel-style rooms in the New Harmony Inn and Conference Center, offer numerous lodging options for groups and families.
Financial assistance in the form of TLS scholarships is available, thanks to the proceeds received from the 2009 Silent Auction. TLS scholarships help offset the cost of registration for those who qualify. If you would like to learn more about TLS scholarships, visit the scholarship information area on the Gathering registration pages of the TLS website.
We look forward to seeing you in November!
