We offer convenient online forms as well as a downloadable mail-in forms if you prefer.

If you wish to preview prices including add-on pre- and post-Gathering workshops and tours, please download and review the Gathering Registration Form posted at the bottom of this page. Reserve your space today and
where you may choose from one of the registration form options, complete the form, and we’ll take care of the rest. We accept payment by Visa, MasterCard, Discover, PayPal, check, or money order.

Note: On-site lodging, including Thursday & Sunday shoulder nights, is now sold out.  Also closed to additional registration are the Sunday afternoon Island Tour and Denny Dyke's Monday morning "Circles in the Sand" beach workshop.  Full registration without accommodation and the Saturday-only option remain open, as well as the two Friday pre-gathering workshops, the Sunday afternoon post-gathering workshop, and the Monday afternoon Seattle-area Labyrinths Tour.

Discounted student prices: Not available via online registration, register by post or email.  See Student Form for download at the bottom of this page.  In order to qualify, you must be at least 18 years of age and an enrolled full-time student during the Gathering in October 2017.  Evidence of enrollment is required.

A limited number of Annual Gathering partial scholarships are available to TLS members. Scholarship recipients are required to register via postal mail or email.
The deadline for submitting a scholarship application was July 1, 2017.

Register for Pre- and Post-Gathering activities. While we would love to have your full attendance, registration for the entire Gathering is not required to attend any of the pre- and post-Gathering activities. Simply register for pre- and post-Gathering bus tours and workshops by selecting only the desired activities on the online or downloadable forms.

If you are paying by check or money order, you will be able to complete the entire online registration form and indicate your preferred payment type. There are instructions within the registration process where to mail your payment. These instructions will also be repeated via a confirmation email once your form is submitted.

A separate form must be completed for each person registering. Feel confident in knowing the online registration process takes place in a secure environment to maintain the confidentiality of your personal information.
