Call for Pre- and Post-Gathering Workshops is NOW OPEN

Labyrinth Society members are invited to submit proposals to present Pre-Gathering or Post-Gathering workshops at the 2020 Gathering at The Casa - Franciscan Renewal Center in Scottsdale, Arizona. The workshops are selected by the Gathering Steering Committee, which also selects the featured presenters. This is not a blind selection process. 

There will be a maximum of three openings for these workshops. There should be a definite link between the topic of the workshop and the theme, which is “Weaving Our Stories.” Be advised that the workshop may run at the same time as a tour.

Applications for the workshops were accepted from November 5, 2019 to December 15, 2019. To apply, members are instructed to download the instruction sheet and complete the online Google document.

Submission will be made by completing an online Google Document. Please download and review the Pre/Post-Gathering Proposal Instructions document below before completing the online Google Proposal Document.

Submit the proposal no later than December 15, 2019, to be considered. Applicants will be informed whether or not their proposals are accepted shortly after the close of the proposal period.
