About the Episcopal Conference Center Oakhust

The Episcopal Conference Center Oakhurst (ECCO) is located just 12 miles from the South gate of Yosemite National Park & Mariposa Grove of Giant Sequoias and 40 miles from the iconic Yosemite Valley destinations.  

Think Mountains! The Episcopal Conference Center, Oakhurst (ECCO) is located on the north side of the beautiful mountain town of Oakhurst, California. This is in the Sierra Nevada Mountains in eastern central California just south of Yosemite National Park. The air is clear and clean, the streams and lakes sparkle in the sun, and winters are mild, summers cool.

The ECCO area brings the peace and quiet we desire for successful focus on our Gathering activities, and yet the mountain area is abuzz with things to do, sites to see, and all sorts of year ’round recreational opportunities.
