An All-Day bus tour was offered in Chicago on Monday after the Gathering.

MONDAY ALL DAY - Post Gathering Bus Tour

Art and Labyrinths in Community Spaces Chicago Style

Enjoy a full day of exploring highlights around the Chicago area. The tour includes stops for indoor and outdoor labyrinths, conservatory and community garden spaces, massive public art installations, and a planetary alignment walking structure. We will enjoy beautiful views of the city skyline and Lake Michigan. The tour will leave the Loyola campus at 7:30 am, with first and last stops at Relax4Life in Barrington, IL, where those with their own vehicles can leave cars and hop on the tour bus. Lunch will be on your own at the Adler Planetarium Galileo’s Café . The bus will drop off at O’Hare airport around 4:30 pm for travelers wishing to leave from there, and the Hampton Inn Chicago-O'Hare International Airport..The final stop will be at Relax4Life where those traveling by car can journey onward.

Neal Harris is a Licensed Clinical Professional Counselor, with a Master’s Degree in Counseling Psychology.  He has practiced the art of psychotherapy for the past 32 years.   He is also the managing director of Relax4Life, a holistic education and services center and has been a workshop leader in the holistic health and self-enrichment fields since 1985. In 1997, Neal was the originator of the Earth-Wisdom Labyrinth, Illinois’ first permanent outdoor labyrinth located in Elgin. He has been a consultant on, and the creator of other public labyrinths, fabric traveling labyrinths, wood finger labyrinths (including his patented brain balancing, double finger labyrinth design known as the Intuipath®) and manuals for creating outdoor labyrinths.  Neal leads labyrinth workshops around the country and is both a founding member of The Labyrinth Society and a Certified Veriditas Facilitator.

Janice Lewis is a certified Pastoral Care Specialist and a Spiritual Director who was part of the team that created a new spiritual practice called “Contemplative Fire.” She also is a certified Life Coach and a practitioner of Christian and Buddhist meditation methodologies. Janice has served on the board of the International Coach Federation Chicago and has been a leader with the eWomenNetwork, Dream University®, and Engaging Speakers in Chicago. Janice volunteers her time with Chicago Lights, an organization dedicated to supporting and meeting the needs of children, youth and adults who are facing the challenges of poverty in Chicago. She is a Veriditas Advanced Facilitator, an Advanced Certified Personality Consultant with the Enneagram, and certified in the PeaceMaker Circle technique.
