Qi Gong: Morning Activity Gathering Energy through Breath and Movement

We began our days on Saturday and Sunday mornings with a 30-minute Qi Gong session (like Tai Chi with an emphasis on gathering energy through movement and breath). 

John Robertson is a Tai Chi Chuan instructor, holds a 2nd Degree Black Belt in Tang Soo Do Karate and is a Level IV Certified Advanced Instructor in Qigong (Ki Gong).  John has received training in both the US and China. He also has an interest in acupuncture, acupressure, reflexology, Reiki, Traditional Chinese Medicine (TCM) and the I-Ching.  John believes the understanding of all these fields and more is crucial to effective and responsible practice of all forms of healing and martial arts.
