Early bird deadline for discounted registration rate is August 15th.

Full registration includes conference fees, three days programming (see Gathering Schedule and TLS Gathering web page for more information), Friday and Saturday night on-site accommodation, Friday evening dinner, Saturday breakfast, lunch, and dinner, Sunday breakfast and lunch.  Add-on Thursday and/or Sunday night accommodation also available.  You may select full registration without accommodation as well.  That option includes meals.

Sorry to announce that walk-in registration will not be available this year, with the sole exception that Monday bus-tour registation will remain open through Monday morning prior to the departure of the bus at 8:30 AM.

A limited number of partial Gathering scholarships are available to TLS members. Please visit our Scholarship Opportunities page for information and application form.  If you apply for scholarship assistance, do not attempt to register until you receive confirmation and further instructions from the Registrar.  The deadline for submission of a Scholarship Application Form is August 1st.

If you wish assistance with finding a roommate with whom you may share accommodation expense, please complete the information request for roommate matching service during the registration process.  This service will be available through September 15.  We will provide you with roommate contact information during the last week of September.

Volunteering a small amount of your time during Gathering to assist with specific tasks is  welcome.  Please consider ticking the "Yes" box during the registration process to volunteer.  The Volunteer Coordinator will contact you regarding ways you may help to make the meeting run more smoothly for everyone.

We are likely to have local TV and print media on-site at times during the Gathering.  Please be aware that you could be incidentally filmed or photographed.
