COVID-19 LIABILITY WAIVER: Every participant will be required to sign two waivers of Covid-19 liability at the time of check-in at The Casa. Please click the following links to preview these documents:

EVIDENCE OF VACCINATION OR NEGATIVE COVID TEST: Each participant will be required to show evidence of full vaccination or a negative test dated within 3 days of check-in at The Casa.

Full registration includes conference fees, three days programming (see Gathering Schedule and TLS Gathering web page for more information), Friday and Saturday night on-site accommodation, Friday evening dinner, Saturday breakfast, lunch, and dinner, Sunday breakfast and lunch.  Add-on Thursday and/or Sunday night accommodation also available.  You may select full registration without accommodation as well.  That option includes meals.

If you wish assistance with finding a roommate with whom you may share accommodation expense, please complete the information request for roommate matching service during the registration process. We will provide you with roommate contact information.

Volunteering a small amount of your time during the Gathering to assist with specific tasks is  welcome.  Please consider ticking the "Yes" box during the registration process to volunteer.  The Volunteer Coordinator will contact you regarding ways you may help to make the meeting run more smoothly for everyone.

We are likely to have local TV and print media on-site at times during the Gathering.  Please be aware that you could be incidentally filmed or photographed.
