The Annual Gathering is a yearly conference-style event that spans several days.  Check out the Annual Gathering page on The Labyrinth Society Website for details.

Pay by Scholarship: A limited number of partial Gathering scholarships are available to TLS members. Please Email the Event Registrar or phone 607-387-5863.

On-site walk-in registration will be available at the TLS Gathering registration desk starting at 8:00 AM on Friday, October 5, as well as Saturday and Sunday mornings, October 6 and 7.

Full registration includes conference fees, three days programming (see Gathering Schedule and TLS Gathering web page for more information), Friday and Saturday night on-site accommodation, Friday evening dinner, Saturday breakfast, lunch, and dinner, Sunday breakfast and lunch.  Add-on Thursday and/or Sunday night accommodation also available.  You may select full registration without accommodation as well.  That option includes meals.

If you wish assistance with finding a roommate with whom you may share accommodation expense, please complete the information request for roommate matching service during the registration process.  This service will be available through September 15.  We will provide you with roommate contact information during the last week of September.

Volunteering a small amount of your time during Gathering to assist with specific tasks is  welcome.  Please consider ticking the "Yes" box during the registration process to volunteer.  The Volunteer Coordinator will contact you regarding ways you may help to make the meeting run more smoothly for everyone.

We are likely to have local TV and print media on-site at times during the Gathering.  Please be aware that you could be incidentally filmed or photographed.
