Breathe Labyrinth Retreat for WLD 2019

The Hub Cafe

Come and join us to celebrate World Labyrinth Day 2019 at our Labyrinth Walking Breathe Retreat from 2:00pm to 4:45pm.

Book your ticket here:

Walking or finger tracing a labyrinth is a great way to slow down without having to sit still. It enables you to slow down, think and reflect. Although a labyrinth is 'just' a winding path you follow to the centre then in reverse for the return, most people do not return the same! See the articles and videos shared in the discussions to see what others have to say about Labyrinths. At the retreat: You will have an opportunity to walk an indoor 7 circuit labyrinth alongside enjoying light refreshments and other reflective tools such as creative writing and art materials. If you have difficulty walking, we would still love you to be involved. We have a number of wooden finger labyrinths you can use in the session. Breathe Retreats are for adults, no matter how young or old. Babes in arms (none mobile babies) are very welcome, we recognise that parents need a breather too!

TO FIND OUT MORE: Click to join our Facebook group and check out previous retreats in the photos: Breathe - Space to be Breathe is a community of people who feel the call to just be. If you are spiritual but not religious, you'll find a home here.

For those who wonder, question and seek more connection with The Source and each other - time for rest, reflection and creativity through quiet spaces, contemplation and retreats. From reflection, comes action.

At just £15 our ticket prices are purposely designed to be as affordable as possible. We want this to be accessible for all. If you are from a low income household please contact us. We have some subsidised places for those on income support - contact event organiser Aileen White on:
