SUMMARY:WATCH PARTY: "Chronos & Kairos: Using the Labyrinth for Ceremonies & Rituals" with Ingrid Bredenberg
DESCRIPTION:Join us for the recorded presentation of “Chronos & Kairos: Using the Labyrinth for Ceremonies & Rituals” with Ingrid Bredenberg. Live hosts will greet you with interactive activities. Enjoy a one hour online watch party exploring Chronos\, the flow of time\, and Kairos\, the meaningful moment\, and how the labyrinth can help bring these experiences together in ritual and ceremony. We will look at what makes the labyrinth a powerful space for intention setting and life transitions\, and learn simple ways to shape a walk into a personal or communal ritual. Participants will explore the use of intention\, symbolic objects\, spoken word\, and guided focus\, along with how the center and return path support reflection and integration Participant Preparation: Participants are encouraged (but not required) to have a finger labyrinth or a visual representation of a labyrinth available for a brief\, guided meditative practice during the session. A journal and pen may also be helpful for noting personal insights.

SUMMARY:Community Workshop : Hamah's Quest: A Fictional Autobiography By Judith Tripp
DESCRIPTION:In this workshop\, Judith Tripp will describe how she created a fictional account based on her travels in the Celtic lands. For over 30 years\, Judith has visited Glastonbury\, England hosting Pilgrimages to Avalon there since 2000. Her heroine is a priestess of the ancient mythic Isle and is tasked with making a Quest to the fabled Callanish Stones of Scotland. Like her heroine\, Judith has also made a pilgrimage to these stones as well as to Stonehenge\, Avebury\, and various other stone circles in the UK. Judith’s sense of these stone circles is that they are kin to labyrinths as places of meeting\, attuning and healing. This workshop will include slides of various Celtic sites.
