In keeping with this year’s theme, 'New Harmonies in the Labyrinth', we are suggesting that current and past TLS members book reservations early and design a pilgrimage with intention to create community, partnership, and unity by traveling to and from this event in a sacred manner. Consider how you might use ritual and ceremony with others in your local labyrinth communities to create “new harmonies” as you plan for this year’s Gathering. Perhaps TLS members on your route who are unable to attend the Gathering can offer to host your group for a night as a way of participating in, and supporting your journey. Ask yourself, “What would your life look like if you were living the labyrinth 24/7?”

New Harmony, IN is off the beaten path. This idea of pilgrimage provides opportunities to save money and meet new friends, while fostering a new form of pilgrimage specific to our membership and those dedicated to the labyrinth’s archetypal energy. By envisioning the journey to New Harmony, the time attending the Gathering, and the journey returning home, as the three stages of a labyrinth walk, it truly becomes the prospect of living the labyrinth 24/7. What might be possible when this is available? We invite you to enter into this conversation with friends, family members, and others in your labyrinth communities. New Harmony, a Utopian community established by people who considered labyrinths an intrinsic part of their belief system, is the perfect center for such a pilgrimage in the United States. We hope you will accept our invitation and create a pilgrimage to this wonderful site in November.

We look forward to seeing you in New Harmony!
