2016 Online Auction: Thinking Ahead and Call for Volunteers

Annual Auction Online

The Labyrinth Society’s annual online auction will be held this coming spring and now is a great time to start thinking about goods and services that you may be able to donate. We gladly accept items, experiences, services or other unique “opportunities” you may wish to donate. Offerings need not be labyrinth-related and the more items available, the more interesting and fun the auction will be for all.

Don’t think you have anything to donate? Think again! Perhaps you could offer a skill, or you know somebody famous who could donate an autographed item. Perhaps you have a friend willing to help by donating event tickets or a local business is willing to donate goods. Think big! Think outside the box! A simple inquiry can lead to many donations.

Inventory of auction donations will begin in March 2016. Volunteers needed!

The online auction committee is in need of volunteers to help with numerous aspects of the online auction. There are many jobs to do and your donation of time, whether great or small, will be extremely helpful and much appreciated.

Examples of help opportunities include: soliciting donations, cataloguing donations online, donor follow-ups, writing thank-you letters, and miscellaneous administrative tasks. If you are interested in helping with any part of the online auction please contact TLS Treasurer, Katja Marquart.
