Don’t forget: Early-bird registration for the 14th Annual TLS Gathering ends July 31, 2012. Early-bird registration saves you either $75 or $100 depending on your membership type.
The theme for this 14th Annual TLS Gathering, October 12-14, 2012, is "Timeless Flow ~ Reflections and Currents in the Labyrinth." The Gathering will explore the use of labyrinths throughout history, from the earliest known origins to contemporary applications. Keynote speakers include the Reverend Dr. Lauren Artress of Veriditas; labyrinth historian, Jeff Saward of Labyrinthos; and the Reverend Dr. Jill Kimberly Hartwell Geoffrion of Faith, Hope and Love Global Ministries. Many pre- and post- Gathering tours and workshops also are planned.
Descriptions for these and other Gathering activities, as well as registration materials, can be found on the Annual Gathering webpages . We hope to see you amid the splendor of fall foliage in Wisconsin, onthe beautiful St. Croix River, in October!

We all know that labyrinth enthusiasts accessorize well. This year you can put all the jewelry and scarves that you no longer wear to good use. Earrings, bracelets, rings, cuff links, bolo ties? A pashmina or perhaps that favorite feather boa you found abandoned in the back of the closet?
Well, here's your chance to buff and fluff it all up for a good cause! Take part in the TLS Jewelry Fundraiser at Gathering 2012 and donate used jewelry and scarves to benefit our organization.
It’s as easy as 1-2-3:
If you’re planning on donating, here’s what we need from you:
- List the following information on a piece of paper: Your name, cell number where you can be reached during the Gathering, and a list of the donated item(s) along with a dollar value for the total donation. If you have earring cards or small jewelry boxes or bags, please include them with the donation.
- Drop off your donation at the Jewelry Gypsy Table located in the vendor area at the Gathering.
What's more? Donation doesn't have to be all you do to serve this wonderful cause…The Jewelry Gypsies need your help at the vending table. Come have fun with us as we sell all of this wonderful glitz for a good cause. Contact Hallie Sawyers to sign up!
And don’t stop there: consider browsing the donated merchandise to find something 'new-to-you' to buy at a very reasonable cost!
All proceeds will be donated to TLS, so please help support our organization!
We look forward to seeing an endless parade of incredible people wearing fabulous bling that they bought at our table.

Kimberly & Jeff Saward are in the final stages of producing the next edition of Labyrinth Pathways - Edition 6. However, there is still space for a few more articles, notes, and pieces of creative writing. This publication is intended to reflect the diverse ways in which the labyrinth is used and loved today, so, if you have something suitable for publication, please submit it ASAP to the editors, Kimberly and Jeff Saward, for consideration in this forthcoming edition.
Labyrinth Pathways is published annually by The Labyrinth Society. TLS members who join at the Supporting, Household, Organization, or Lifetime Member level automatically receive a copy as a member benefit. Single copies can be purchased directly from TLS. As a contributor, you will receive a complimentary copy, so, if you have a labyrinth-related piece of writing, essay, poem, or article to share, please submit it as soon as possible!
Please send your text as an attachment in Word document format. Photographs and illustrations are also welcome to accompany your text, although please send these as separate attachments, not embedded within the text. Printing is at 300 dpi greyscale, so please send the best possible version of your photographs/illustrations and we will convert and optimise accordingly.

Our new Membership Manager software is now sending automatic membership renewal emails that contain a link to the online renewal form. Henceforth, therefore, postal mail reminders will be sent only after your membership has actually expired. For example, if your renewal is due in July and you have not renewed online, a postal reminder will be mailed toward the end of August. The 60-day grace period remains in effect. Please email David Gallagher or call 607-387-5863 if you have questions or concerns. The new online renewal form also provides the option for multiple-year renewals.
