Joined with Spirit
Sometimes when I walk,
I feel like I am joined with the spirits of those who are dear to me, those who have passed on.
They return to my mind and heart, and I am gifted with memories I have forgotten.
Sometimes I find that as I walk, I clasp my hands behind my back as I walk, like my Armenian grandfather used to do, and I feel like going back through time, I am walking with him again.
