Gathering Registration
REGISTRATION FOR THE 2024 ANNUAL GATHERING IS NOW OPEN!
Registration for some pre- and post-Gathering activities and the ticketed wine tasting events is limited. Accordingly, it is recommended that you register early for your best opportunities. You must register in advance. No Walk-ins. Registration closes October 1st.
PLEASE NOTE: Thursday and Sunday night lodging is NOT available at the venue and is NOT included in the registration. If you are arriving early or staying late to attend activities, discounted hotel lodging must be arranged independently. Learn how on the Pre and Post Gathering Hotel Accommodations Page.
The Sunday Shuttle from ECCO to the Fresno Airport has been cancelled due to lack of interest. See Travel information for information about booking a shuttle and check the Facebook Global Group Gathering Chat for conversation about rideshares. We also will have a ride board at the Gathering.
Vendor registration: Registration for the vendor area tables and TLS Store is included on the registration form. If you are not attending the Gathering, you can sign up for the vendor table(s) separately
We accept payment by Visa, MasterCard, American Express, Discover, PayPal, check, or money order.
TO REGISTER BY POSTAL MAIL OR EMAIL – Download one of the registration forms below. You may complete the .docx form and submit via email attachment to: [email protected]. Early bird registration is over.

A separate form must be completed for each person registering.
TO REGISTER ONLINE – Fill out the registration form first so you know what you want and how much it will cost. Check your member profile to make sure your Membership does not expire before October 1st. If it does, renew your membership when you fill in the Gathering Form. If you are a Labyrinth Society member, you must be logged in to get member rates.
The Sunday shuttle to the Fresno Airport leaves at the same time as the Arts and Spirits Tour. Please don’t sign up for both.
Discounted student prices: Contact [email protected] for information. In order to qualify, you must be at least 18 years of age and an enrolled full-time student during the Gathering in September 2024. Evidence of enrollment is required for nonmembers, so send it to the Registrar to get your code. If you already have a student membership, just contact the Registrar for your discount code.
CANCELLATION /REFUND POLICY – Refunds available are: before September 1st – 100%, September 1st to 15th -50%, after September 15th – no refunds. All refunds will be paid by check in US funds net 8% service charge. No credit card refunds will be issued.
PLEASE NOTE: If the Gathering is cancelled by a government mandate, all registrations will be fully refunded.
REGISTER FOR PRE- AND POST-GATHERING ACTIVITIES. While we would love to have your full attendance, registration for the entire Gathering is not required to attend any of the pre- and post-Gathering activities. Simply register for pre- and post-Gathering bus tours and workshops by selecting only the desired activities on the online or downloadable forms.
