Cronos & Kairos: Using the Labyrinth for Ceremonies & Rituals with Ingrid Bredenburg

Participant Preparation: Participants are encouraged (but not required) to have a finger labyrinth or a visual representation of a labyrinth available for a brief, guided meditative practice during the session. A journal and pen may also be helpful for noting personal insights.

Ingrid Bredenberg is a facilitator, ceremonialist, and workshop leader who integrates contemplative practice, embodied ritual, and archetypal psychology to support personal and collective transformation. Her work invites participants to slow down, listen deeply, and access inner wisdom through movement, sound, and symbolic journey. Drawing on years of experience designing and leading experiential workshops, Ingrid weaves together labyrinth walking, archetypal inquiry, and interfaith spiritual practice.

Workshop logistics:  If there are more than 8-10 people, breakout rooms will allow participants to share their insights with each other.

Watch Party “Cronos & Kairos: Using the Labyrinth for Ceremonies & Rituals” with Ingrid Bredenburg Time: July 16, 2026 1:00 PM Eastern Time (US and Canada)

Hamah's Quest: A Fictional Autobiography, By Judith Tripp

  •  Community Workshop – Saturday July 18th @ 12 noon ET
  •   Global Watch Party–  Friday August 7th @ 8:00 pm ET

In this workshop, Judith Tripp will describe how she created a fictional account based on her travels in the Celtic lands. Judith felt the call to visit Glastonbury, England over thirty years ago, and has hosted Pilgrimages to Avalon there since 2000. The heroine of her story is a priestess of the ancient, mythic Isle of Avalon who is tasked with making a Quest to the fabled Callanish Stones of Scotland.

Like her heroine, Judith has also made a pilgrimage to these stones as well as to Stonehenge, Avebury, and various other stone circles in the UK. Judith’s sense of these stone circles is that they are kin to labyrinths as places of meeting, attuning and healing. This workshop will include slides of various Celtic sites.
