33 years on the Pilgrim Trail: Labyrinths, Sacred Sites, and Inner Journeys

Presented by Judith Tripp
Hosted by The Labyrinth Society on Zoom

Saturday, June 17, 2023, 2:30–4:30 p.m. EDT (click to view in your time zone)

In this presentation, Judith will tell the story of her pilgrimages to sacred sites, how the labyrinth features in her story and reflect on the insights she has gleaned as a pilgrim. She will present a slide show featuring images from the US, England, Scotland, Australia, France and Argentina.

Over the course of her pilgrimages, Judith has intuited a connecting energetic web between the various places she has visited. In 2021, she learned of the Gaia Mandala project that buries Treasure Vases at significant places on the planet. This project is based on an ancient Tibetan practice that has been faithfully executed by American Lama, Cynthia Jurs over the past 30 years. Judith has incorporated this practice into her pilgrimage path and will describe the burial of a Treasure Vase on the Isle of Lewis in the outer Hebrides, adjacent to a labyrinth.

After the presentation and slide show, Judith will lead a finger labyrinth walk inviting participants to attune to the sacred sites of their own pilgrimages. She will accompany this walk with live flute music and chant.
