REGISTRATION FOR THE 2025 ANNUAL GATHERING  IS OPEN!

Early Bird Rates are still in effect due to popular demand.

Last year, TLS launched a Gathering Q&A Zoom for people attending the Gathering. It proved to be so successful, we decided to try it again this year, do it earlier, and open it to anyone interested. The Gathering Steering Committee held a series of informational Q&A Zoom meetings to answer questions about all aspects of registration and the Gathering.

Registration for some pre- and post-Gathering activities and the ticketed events is limited, so register early. You must register in advance. No Walk-ins. Registration closes October 15th.

We accept payment by Visa, MasterCard, American Express, Discover, PayPal, check, or money order via online ordering. Everyone must register online to ensure they are on the participant roster for check-in at the event. If you need help, contact the registrar at [email protected].

TO PREPARE FOR REGISTRATION

  • Download one of the registration forms below and use as a worksheet. This will also be your record of what options you have chosen. You will also receive a detailed receipt in your email after registration.  Early bird registration is will end August 15, 2025. Registration closes October 15th. No exceptions.
  • A separate registration must be completed for each person, including Companions (person not attending event.) Companions are welcome to register for pre- and post-Gathering events.   • Check your member profile to make sure your Membership does not expire before NOVEMBER 1st. You must be a current member and logged in to get the member rates for Gathering.
How to Check TLS Membership and Renewal Status:
  1. Current TLS Members should log-in and check Profile/My Subscription/ for your Membership Renewal date. If you have not logged in to the new website yet, enter your email address and select reset password. Your old password will not work.
  2. If your renewal date is prior to November 1, 2025, please Renew before or during completing your Gathering Registration. Your renewal date will be extended for 1-year. You will also be given the opportunity to renew as part of the online registration for Gathering.
  3. Former/Lapsed Members renewing must log-in and check Profile/My Membership and select the Renew button. Your renewal date will be 1-year from the date of your renewal payment.  If you have never logged in, you must reset your password.
  4. New Members should create a log-in and choose the Join button to select an option.
  5. Nonmembers will have to set up an account so we can email your receipt and any other Gathering-related information. Just click on the Login link on the right side of the home page and follow the directions.

If you have problems logging in, checking out, are a designated member of a TLS Organization Member or  need a scholarship or payment plan, contact the Registrar at [email protected].

REGISTRATION:

To receive the Member Rate for Gathering Registration, your Membership must be current and you must be logged-in to the TLS website. If you have problems with log-in, please contact [email protected] or membership@labyrinthsociety.org.

PRIVACY POLICY: The Labyrinth Society (TLS) is committed to protecting the privacy of you, our web site visitor. We have established this Privacy Policy as our commitment to maintain the privacy of your personal information in connection with all our online activities. We do not store your credit card numbers on our site and are PCI Compliant.

You will have a chance to change or remove any options before checking out. If you go into the registration process and exit without finishing, the program will remember the registration. You can delete any unwanted items from the next registration. You can also delete everything and start again. You will receive a detailed receipt after you finalize your registration.

Partial Scholarships are available: The application form is now online. The form is available on the Members Home page. You must be logged in to access it. The amount of the scholarship is determined by how much money was raised by the Silent Auction the year before and the number of people who apply. Contact the Registrar for more information.

Discounted student prices: Contact [email protected] for information. In order to qualify, you must be at least 18 years of age and an enrolled full-time student during the Gathering in October/November 2025.  Evidence of enrollment is required for nonmembers, send it to the Registrar to get your code. If you already  have a student membership, just contact the Registrar for your discount code.

Vendor registration: Registration for the vendor area tables and TLS Store is included on the registration form.  If you are not attending the Gathering, you can sign up for the vendor table(s) only. That will be a separate process to register if you are not signing up for Gathering. In the meantime, check the vendor area of the website for more information. Check back here later for more information. Meals are not included.

CANCELLATION /REFUND POLICY – Refunds available are: before October 1st – 100%,  October 1st to 15th  -50%, after October 15th – no refunds. All refunds will be paid by check in US funds net 8% service charge. No credit card refunds will be issued. 

PLEASE NOTE: If the Gathering is cancelled by a government mandate, all registrations will be fully refunded.

REGISTRATION FOR PRE- AND POST-GATHERING ACTIVITIES. While we would love to have your full attendance, registration for the entire Gathering is not required to attend any of the pre- and post-Gathering activities. Simply register for pre- and post-Gathering bus tour(s) and workshops by selecting the desired activities on the online  registration form.
