2025 Annual Gathering
The 2025 Annual Gathering will be held October 31 – November 2 2025, at the Vines Center, Little Rock Arkansas.
Our 2025 theme is Exploring the Essence of the Labyrinth
Our featured presenters will be Calen Rayne and Laura Esculcas.
Annual Gathering 2024
The Labyrinth Society Annual Gathering is a casual, public conference spanning three days with special workshops and local tours before and after the main event. It is a time when labyrinth enthusiasts and experts gather from around the world to learn, share, and celebrate labyrinths. The Annual Gathering includes featured speakers, break-out sessions, sales of labyrinth-related products, silent auction, and a wide variety of labyrinths for walking.
The Annual Gathering provides opportunities to meet and network with others who use and love labyrinths, learn new approaches, experience new labyrinth designs, and support the spread of labyrinth wisdom and community around the world. The Annual Gathering includes the annual business meeting of The Labyrinth Society, where members are elected to the Board of Directors and have input into the activities of the organization. You can have lunch with a labyrinth expert from another continent, try your hand at building a labyrinth, or shop for unique items not available anywhere else. The location and theme for the Annual Gathering changes each year, allowing us to visit many regions.
Registration
REGISTRATION FOR THE 2025 GATHERING will open in April or May 2025.
The Registration page will have all your registration options and you will be able to register by Postal Mail, Email, or Online.
We now have a Chat in the Facebook Global Group that is dedicated to the Gathering. Get information, ask questions, and connect with others for ride shares.

Featured Speakers, Presenters, and Gathering Schedule
An exciting program of speakers, presentations, and workshops is offered each year. Programming for our next Annual Gathering is currently underway. These are the 2024 programs, which will give you an idea of the kind of offerings our gatherings have.
Pre- and Post-Gathering Activities
Registered participants are invited each year to extend the Gathering experience by attending optional activities. Pre-Gathering and post-Gathering workshops and tours are offered to allow Gathering attendees to explore the region, visit local labyrinths or engage more deeply in the Gathering theme with a featured presenter.
Registration for the Gathering is not a requirement to attend any of the pre-Gathering or post-Gathering bus tours and workshops. You may register for one or more by indicating only the desired items on the online registration or downloadable forms.

Call for Workshops, Labyrinths, and Images
Each year Gathering goers are able to share their talents with others as presenters, photographers, and builders of labyrinths-on-the-grounds. Learn how you can share your work and ideas at the Gathering.

Start reviewing your inventory, polishing your finger labyrinths, and planning your displays. The Market Area at this year’s Gathering promises to be bigger and better than ever before! This year we have three separate areas where vendors can participate: the Vendor/Artisans Area, the TLS Shop, and the Silent Auction. Advertisements can also be purchased in the printed program.

Want to Suggest a Gathering Location?
We plan several years in advance, but are always looking for new locations that can accommodate us and give our participants a great time.
First, carefully check our Basic Gathering Venue Needs Checklist (.PDF 168K)and make sure that the location will fill our basic needs. No venue is perfect, but please make sure your suggested location fits most of our needs before you suggest it.

Gathering Retrospectives
Since 2003, a retrospective has been written about many of the Annual Gatherings. Read, enjoy, remember… and if you have any photos to add to any of these retrospectives, please send them with the pertinent information.
