“The Hero's Journey” with Dana White and Will Linn

Special guest Will Linn and Dana White from “ Myth Salon “ will be presenting aspects of Joseph Cambell’s Hero's Journey to us. Professor Will Linn ,PhD., will include teaching on the association between two dynamic archetypes the Hero's Journey and the Labyrinth, plus what events are currently trending on the topic! Packed with storytelling, discussion, a finger walk, inspiration from Dana White and a prize giveaway, why would you miss this occasion for community, discovery, and transformation?

Community Watch Party Registration is now OPEN

Coming together as a complete group for our Community Workshops is not always feasible due to our different time zones. For the purpose of staying connected in the community and globally,  we have created  additional workshop  viewing times. We are calling it “Community Workshop:TLS Global Watch Party.” It is a spin-off from the live Community Workshops. The first Global Watch Party will be an edited reshowing of the June workshop: Archetypes: Cosmic Blueprints Within All of Us. In short, these strategically timed virtual (Zoom) meetings will include a recording of the most current Community Workshop and other virtual presentations hosted live by one or more TLS Liaisons and/or Regional Reps. The Zoom meetings could also include chat rooms, general updates, and news from around the world, brainstorming, a time for meditation, prayer, and sharing from the heart. Door prizes, contests, and other community building activities may also be included.

Details

Participants have the choice of joining the first session that is completely live or, if more convenient for their time zone, the second session that is part live and part recording of our community workshops or other virtual presentations. The “Watch Party” will be part live and part recording of our Community Workshops or other TLS virtual presentations.

All will need to register. TLS Regional Reps have special registration instructions until otherwise notified. There will be opportunities for TLS members and nonmembers to attend either one of these sessions for a small fee. There is a TLS member advantage price of $10, and nonmembers are $15.

It is only because our Regional Rep group has grown with volunteer talent that we are now capable of adding on additional time zone offerings. I am deeply appreciative of our TLS Liaisons and Regional Reps who are getting behind our Community Workshop programs. You will have the pleasure of meeting the TLS Oceania Liaisons Beth Dyer and Sonya Bolek plus others at the watch parties!  I hope that you will invite your local labyrinth community and share these informative workshop invitations with others.Thank you and hope to see you at one of these Community Workshop times!   ~ Carmel Stabley, VP of Community

Gathering Survey

This Gathering’s location is going to be a perfect opportunity to make it a personal “Choose Your Own Adventure” experience  where you can stay a few extra days before or after our Gathering (including our before and after tours) to visit Yosemite on your own, some of the wine country, or even take a journey to San Francisco! There are many things you can do on your own to make this a once-in-a-lifetime experience.

Our Gathering site is about an hour from the nearest airport in Fresno (FAT) and  ECCO’s Website describes transportation options here.

The Gathering Steering Committee hopes to help with some of the transportation options by finding a shuttle service for you that you can book with two or more friends from the Best Western in Fresno or the Fresno Airport out to ECCO in Oakhurst, but we need to begin to estimate the needs and numbers.

In addition to shuttles, we have options to decide for the size of our tour transportation.

In anticipation of our Gathering registration opening soon, and our final planning preparations, the Gathering Steering Committee needs your help!

If you are planning to come to the Gathering, please take the time to complete the Survey Linked HERE!
