Pre and Post Gathering hotel accommodations

Thursday, Sunday and Monday night lodging will not be included in the Gathering registration process and must be arranged independently with area hotels. Lodging for these nights is not available at the ECCO retreat center.

Thursday Arrivals. For flights arriving in Fresno on Thursday, overnight lodging can be reserved at a discounted rate at the Best Western Plus Fresno Airport Hotel by calling 866-493-8481 and identifying as being with The Labyrinth Society. Rooms must be reserved prior to Ocober 1st to receive the discounted rate of $125 per night per room. Rooms have either one king bed or two queen beds. Please specify your selection as you make your reservation.

Monday or Tuesday Departures. If you plan to stay overnight in Fresno after the Gathering to take a Monday or Tuesday flight home, the same process should be followed to make a room reservation.

The Best Western Plus Fresno Airport Hotel has free shuttle service to the Fresno Airport (FAT)

Thursday and Sunday in Oakhurst. If you are not staying in Fresno, and wish to secure lodging in Oakhurst close to where the Gathering venue is located, a block of rooms has also been reserved at the Best Western Plus Yosemite Gateway Inn in Oakhurst for Thursday night and again for Sunday night. The discounted room rate in Oakhurst is $161 single and $170 double per night. Reservations must be made by calling the hotel directly at 559-683-2378 and identifying as being with The Labyrinth Society. 

The Friday pre-Gathering tour in Yosemite National Park will leave from the Best Western Plus Yosemite Gateway Inn in Oakhurst.

The Sunday Art and Spirits tour will end at the Best Western Plus Yosemite Gateway Inn in Oakhurst.

The all-day Monday labyrinth bus tour will leave from the Best Western Plus Yosemite Gateway Inn in Oakhurst and end at the Best Western Fresno Airport Hotel.
