Jim Bailey

World Labyrinth Day Coordinator

Jim Bailey, born and raised in the UK and now living in Felton, Northumbria, Great Britain, has graciously and enthusiastically accepted this volunteer position, formerly held by Lars Howlett for many years.  Jim brings a wealth of social media and graphics skills to this position including:

  • 25 years plus of developing and providing material resources for children’s and inter-generational audiences: music, songs, audio, video, and written resources.
  • Marketing, publicizing, and promoting these resources through various ways and media forms, including live shows, meetings, and events that required extensive public relations.
  • Extensive experience and expertise in basic graphic design with attention to ongoing developments in technology such as photo editing, social media, publicity, communications, PR, and data management on desktops, tablets, and phones.
  • Heading up an inter-generational ministry for 25 years that now includes volunteering with the Northumbria Community. where he offers spiritual direction, hospitality, and labyrinth events.
  • Writing educational software and training young people in creative computer skills.
  • 2018 completed Veriditas facilitator training and is in the certification process.
