REGISTRATION FOR THE 2023 ANNUAL GATHERING IS NOW OPEN!
We currently offer only mail-in registration using the downloadable forms below. Online registration is expected to open when the new TLS website launches. However, the availability of hotel-style lodging is limited as is registration for some pre- and post-Gathering activities. Accordingly, it is recommended that you register early for your best opportunities. 


Vendor registration: New in 2023 – registration for the vendor area tables and TLS Store is included on the registration form.

We accept payment by Visa, MasterCard, Discover, PayPal, check, or money order. 

TO REGISTER BY POSTAL MAIL OR EMAIL - Download one of the registration forms below.  You may complete the .docx form and submit via email attachment to:  registrar@labyrinthsociety.org

A separate form must be completed for each person registering.

Discounted student prices: Contact registrar@labyrinthsociety.org for information. In order to qualify, you must be at least 18 years of age and an enrolled full-time student during the Gathering in September 2023.  Evidence of enrollment is required.

CANCELLATION /REFUND POLICY – Refunds available are: before August 15th - 100%, August 15 to September 1st - 50%, after September 1st - no refunds. All refunds will be paid by check in US funds net 8% service charge. No credit card refunds will be issued. 

PLEASE NOTE: If the Gathering is cancelled by a government mandate, all registrations will be fully refunded.


REGISTER FOR PRE- AND POST-GATHERING ACTIVITIES. While we would love to have your full attendance, registration for the entire Gathering is not required to attend any of the pre- and post-Gathering activities. Simply register for pre- and post-Gathering bus tours and workshops by selecting only the desired activities on the online or downloadable forms.
