YES! We will have a virtual vendor space at the Virtual Gathering this year.

The Labyrinth Society's 2021 Annual Gathering will be held virtually using Zoom and Topia.io, a spatial media platform which allows participants to interact in virtual worlds. The vendor area will be in a virtual marketplace in Topia.

Each virtual vendor booth will be a designated space within the Topia world where you can display your logo, keywords about your products/services, and a website link, AND where you can be present to interact with others who visit that space. Booths will appear clearer than in the screenshots below.

All vendors will need to submit a virtual vendor booth reservation form and payment ($25 USD) by October 1. Upon receipt of your reservation form, you will be sent a PayPal request for payment. Please pay this promptly, so that we can proceed with preparing your virtual booth graphics and website link. You will be sent a follow-up email requesting a logo file and/or any other graphics and brand information.

Topia practice sessions, as well as some social events, will be available in the weeks leading up to the Gathering. You can also visit Topia.io and their various support resources including these how to articles and this preview video

Browsers currently supported by Topia are: Google Chrome, Edge, and Brave on desktop and laptop computers (more information). A Topia account will not be required to visit our Topia worlds. However, there will be a password which will be emailed to you before the vendor practice sessions.

Vendors not registered for the Gathering will receive only the Topia link and password. If you would like to attend the Zoom portions of the Gathering (featured presenters, panel discussion, mini sessions, etc.), please see the main Virtual Gathering page for registration information.
